If you want to send a file larger than 25 MB. You should use your Google drive.
When you send messages in Google email, you can attach files from your Google drive, such as doc file, images and photos. This is especially beneficial if the document is larger than the Google email file size limit, or if you want to cooperate with others on the document.

Send a Google Drive attachment
- Sign In Gmail on your Computer.
- Click at Compose button.
- Now click Google drive.
- Click to select the files you want to attach on the email.
- At the bottom end of the email web page, choose how you want to send the file:
